Upper Onondaga Park is a great spot to enjoy some quiet time outdoors. The park has nice open spaces, walking paths, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxing or going for a walk. Everything is well maintained, and the area feels clean and safe. Itβs a good place to bring family, get some fresh air, or just take a break from a busy day. I always enjoy stopping by when Iβm in the area.

Good spot for an evening stroll or a run. The trails were clean and we got the opportunity to see some bald eagles. Parking was plenty so should not be a concern.

Is a beautiful park. Most locals walk and jog around the roadway that surrounds the park. There is also a Pickleball court on the premises near the playground. The playground is situated down a hill where the fenced in swimming pool is located. The park is dog friendly. There are basketball courts on the premises also.

A small, cute park! This park is really nice for walking. There are several walking paths that go around the lower and upper part of the park. There is a nice view of the city of Syracuse from the upper park. There is a large pond in the center of the park. I wouldn't suggest fishing or getting into this water, but it doesn't smell bad and it's nice to walk around. There is also a nice gazebo out over the water. On one side of the park there is a playground, and there's also a public pool. I can't speak to the pool or bathhouses though. I would not suggest going to this park after dark though due to its proximity to certain parts of the city. It's okay to visit during the day though.
